Privacy Policy

Pet Studio turns a photo you are authorized to use into a private animated pet package. This policy explains what we process to provide that service.

What we collect

• Order details such as your receipt email and a hashed private order capability.
• Reference images and generated assets submitted for an order.
• Order, payment, and support records needed to operate the service.
• Technical logs needed to secure and troubleshoot the application.

How we use it

We use this information to process generation, reconcile one-time payments, deliver private downloads, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not publish a pet or reference image without your instruction.

Retention and deletion

Reference photos expire after 30 days. Generated assets and packages expire after 180 days unless an earlier deletion is requested or required for safety. Account and ledger records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and processing providers (including object storage, payment processing, email delivery, and image generation) only as needed to provide the requested service. They receive the minimum data required for their task and are bound by their own security and privacy terms.

Your choices

Agent integration hooks installed on your computer write only a local high-level state such as running, waiting, failed, or review. The installer does not copy prompt text, responses, source code, or tool payloads back to Pet Studio.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting support. We may need to verify order ownership before fulfilling a request.
