Need help with an order?

Email support@petstudiolab.com with your receipt email, order ID, and the status shown in Studio. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or the original photo unless support asks for it.

Before you contact us

• Refresh Studio to see the latest worker status.
• Completed packages can be downloaded until their expiry date.
• A retry button appears when the order is eligible for a free quality retry.
