Terms of Service

By using Pet Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload images or purchase an artifact.

Authorized content

You must own a reference image or have permission to use it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or violates safety requirements. You are responsible for the content and instructions you submit.

One-time orders and payments

Each order is a single USD payment for one finished pet artifact. Your private order link shows payment and generation status. Failed, blocked, or cancelled orders follow the status shown in Studio; eligible quality failures receive the retry described there.

Refunds are handled against the individual payment and may disable access to its downloads. This does not limit any refund right provided by applicable law.

Deliverables and license

Completed orders include private exports for the supported native, Coding Agent, and desktop-runtime targets shown in Studio. Running the optional pets installer may add tagged hooks or a plugin to local Agent configuration and creates private backups before replacement. The third-party Agent and desktop runtimes remain separate software and are not included. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the generated pet is licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell or redistribute the service, credentials, or another person’s source image.

Availability and changes

Generation depends on third-party providers and may be delayed or unavailable. We may update features or these terms; the date above identifies the current version. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
